I had a mixed experience at Cameo Beverly Hills. The location is fantastic, right near Rodeo Drive. but the service and facilities left a lot to be desired. While my room had a lovely view, I found it a bit outdated and lacked some essential amenities. Overall, it feels overpriced for what it offers.
Rooms
5.0
My room was spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely view over Beverly Hills, but it felt old and in need of a refresh. I was disappointed there was no refrigerator or proper cleaning done.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. Some staff were friendly and helpful, but I encountered several issues, including being charged for early check-in on a room that wasn't ready. It felt like they were unresponsive to my concerns.
Location
8.0
The location was a definite highlight, just a stone's throw from Rodeo Drive. it was close enough to enjoy the area without being overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were very limited and nothing to write home about. The coffee was overpriced and the quality didn’t meet my expectations.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel offered basic facilities like valet parking and room service, but many amenities were absent, which made my stay feel less luxurious. I really expected more given the name's reputation.

5.8/10
Overall, my stay at Cameo Beverly Hills was a mixture of elegance and frustration. The hotel oozed sophistication, with tastefully decorated rooms and a lovely balcony offering nice views. However, I encountered some service hiccups, such as the delayed arrival of essentials for my baby. These issues dampened the experience a bit, especially since I had high expectations given the hotel's reputation. I would still recommend it for the chic atmosphere and great location, but be aware of potential service inconsistencies.
Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a lovely balcony. The decor was modern and classy, which I appreciated. However, there was a noticeable amount of dust in the room, which made the cleanliness feel subpar.
Service

The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, but I did face issues with room service and receiving promised items on time. Having to call multiple times for a refrigerator was frustrating, especially with a baby in tow.
Location

The location was fantastic, a short walking distance from Rodeo Drive and in a convenient spot for exploring Beverly Hills. I loved being close to shopping and dining options, as everything was just a quick drive away.

I didn't dine extensively at the hotel, but the dining area had a nice ambiance. I appreciated having a Ralph's supermarket across the street for quick breakfast options, although room service seemed a bit pricey.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like valet parking and housekeeping were available, but I found the valet service to be a bit slow at times. The pool might have been a good spot, but it was unfortunately closed during my stay, which was disappointing.

The service and cleanliness were great, with friendly staff and perfectly maintained rooms. Overall, I had a decent experience, but the noise and some service inconsistencies might make me think twice about returning.

I recently stayed at Cameo Beverly Hills, which had a lovely boutique feel and was conveniently located near lots of Jewish amenities and a deli for an early breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel charged my credit card after I had already paid in advance, which tarnished my experience a bit.
Rooms

The service was truly amazing. The front desk staff, especially Jerin, was extremely helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met.
Location
8.0
The location is good; it's a short walk to Rodeo Drive and close to great restaurants. It's not exactly in the heart of Rodeo Drive, but for the price, it was decent enough.
Dining
6.0
I found the dining options a bit underwhelming. The portions were on the smaller side, and the food was just ordinary, which was a bit disappointing considering the hotel's standard.
Facilities
